A decent week...

This week, I didn't run on Mo and Fr. I ran pretty fast on the other five days. Had a very hard track training on Tuesday. Yesterday, I ran 13km in 1:07. Today, I ran 30km in 2:32. The 30k run was pretty hilly and our small group of four people had a lot of fun. Next week, I hope I can run more than 100 km. Let's see...
